Canada Gardens is a significant build to rent (PRS) development and high-quality, mixed-use scheme, responding to its context and setting and forming part of the Wembley Park masterplan.

The scheme delivers 743 private and discount market rent dwellings, 569 sqm community / employment space, 91 coach parking spaces and an energy centre, providing heat and power to the building and wider masterplan.

Articulated as seven blocks ranging from 12 to 26 storeys, each has a dedicated secure entrance. The buildings are linked by a podium level housing a generous shared 'super lobby' offering access to resident lounges and community gardens.

The scheme provides a mix of dwelling types, all of which feature generous private balconies or terraces in addition to a 26th floor sky garden and residential terrace.
