Meet Our Team
Terry Turner - Director
Terry’s extensive background in manufacturing ensured he was the right fit when joining Finish Architectural in 2008. Since then, Terry has been involved with all aspects of the business, before becoming a director in 2015. As a director, Terry has been a leading force behind our increased automation capabilities and new premises, introducing a fresh ethos which has seen great success.
Steve Espie - Whitburn - Director
Starting out as a driver for Finish Architectural in 1995, Steve worked his way from the ground up to become Managing Director in 2004, before officially taking over the business alongside Terry in 2015 when his father retired. As a director, Steve has continued to oversee the realisation of his father’s legacy as the business has grown.
Michael Wilde - Production Manager
Michael is one of our valued production managers. Since joining Finish Architectural in 2012, Michael has faced a number of promotions, working his way from a driver to warehouse operative, warehouse supervisor, supervisor of the aluminium workforce, and manager. Finally, he became our production manager in 2020.
Leon Bellizia - CAD/CAM Programming Manager
With a keen interest in engineering, Leon began as a driver for Finish Architectural in 2004. Leon has grown with the company ever since, becoming involved in all areas of the business from manual work to shop floor supervisor. Leon now manages our CAD/CAM area, programming our fully automatic CNC turret punch and CNC laser.
